By accessing or using the services provided by Vocable Education Inc. ("Vocable," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of our services.

2. Modification of Terms

Vocable reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account with Vocable. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, including keeping your password secure. You agree to take full responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

4. Subscription Terms, Cancellation, and Refunds

4.1 Subscription

Your subscription to Vocable services will continue until terminated. You must have a valid payment method on file to use Vocable services.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.3 No Refunds

Payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by law or as explicitly set forth in these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the services and content provided by Vocable, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Vocable or its licensors.

5.2 License to Use

Vocable grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the services in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"; (b) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the services; (c) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (d) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Services "As Is"

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk. The services and all content delivered to you through the services are (except as expressly stated by us) provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event will Vocable, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly; (c) any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Vocable in connection with the service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Vocable concerning the service.
